FAQ

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then may take up to 5-7 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at The Diva Den has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. You will be provided a tracking number once your item(s) have shipped.

2. What's your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products and the time it takes to make each item, we are unable to accept returns at this time. As we expand our products, the return policy will be updated. 

3. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order in the event your item(s) has not already shipped.  You may not cancel your items once your order has shipped and  en route to your destination.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong items?

If there's an issue with your order--if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted-- then simply notify us, send along a pic, and we'll give you a full refund. 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. To keep prices affordable, and to reduce our carbon footprint, we do not offer exchanges.
